Who I am
I’m Salvo Currò. I grew up in Francavilla di Sicilia, in the Alcantara Valley, and have walked and body-rafted the gorge since I was a teenager. I know the gorge itself, the water temperature, and which operators you can trust. I’ve learned what works by living here, not by reading about it.
What this site does
The Alcantara Gorges are almost free: you can enter via the €2 municipal stairs. What you’re actually choosing is the experience.
